Meet Patrick
Patrick Hitt is new to real estate but not new to guiding clients through important financial transactions. He spent 20 years on trading floors in Chicago and New York executing futures contracts across North America, Europe, and Asia for individual and institutional clients. He focused on finding value - especially in interest rate markets.
When Patrick and his wife Bernadette decided to raise their two kids outside of New York City they chose to move to the Main Line after having visited close family there for 25 years. The community, the great educational choices, and the vibrance of the culture all made the choice to move easy. During the pandemic Patrick sought Jack Aezen's perspective on local opportunities. After a few insightful conversations the two agreed to a partnership. Learning from Jack and Ester Aezen is a unique opportunity and their shared experiences are a great resource for Patrick and his clients.
Patrick is focused on finding the next home for buyers, sellers, and renters around the Main Line. When he is not working or at a local little league game he loves to try new restaurants, play music or golf with friends, and work on his home garden.
